Wayne and Susan have three children, Kayla, Chad, and Kaycee. All three children have played a vital role in working, building, and sustaining the ranch. Their family has continued to grow as they now have two son’s-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and two grandsons all within a 15 mile radius.

Wayne and Susan are confirmed members of the Ladner Lutheran Church, members of the Bullock Community Club, and have held numerous offices in those organizations. Wayne has served on the Harding County Weed Board, the Harding County Fair Board, the Sunrise Foundation, and is a member of the Masonic Lodge. Wayne and Susan are the third generation to live on the Tollefrsud homestead and both have lived their entire life in Harding County.

Jerry Carroll is an agriculture speaker and comedian who grew up on his family’s farm in North Carolina. Jerry’s hilarious story about a farm safety mishap was a hit at the local seed store and he finally decided to pursue his life’s dream at the local comedy club. Since beginning in 1993, Jerry has performed for crowds from 20 to 20,000 in venues ranging from the local volunteer fire department to the Minister’s of Provincial Parliament at the Royal York in Toronto, Canada. Everywhere he goes, he leaves audiences roaring with laughter.

The agricultural business is at the very heart of Bowman, Slope, and Harding Counties. Help us show them all just how much we appreciate the long hours and hard work they put in. The life of a farmer/rancher is never easy, but the gift they give to all of us is worth it.
