James “Jim” A. Bagley, 65 of Bowman, ND died at his home on Thursday, August 3, 2012. Funeral Services for Jim were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Bowman Assembly of God Church. Pastor Nathan Keller and Pastor Allen Wickstrom officiated with burial that followed in the Riverside Cemetery, Marmarth, ND. Visitation for Jim began at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at the Krebsbach Funeral Home Chapel.
Alfred James “Jim” Bagley was born on October 5, 1946 in Baker, MT, the son of Joseph and Nettie Jean (Williams) Bagley. Jim grew up on a farm south of Marmarth with his brothers and sisters. On January 10, 1970 Jim married Jeanette Ferrell. They made their home on a farm south of Rhame. In 1971, they moved to Marmarth where they raised Lisa Marie and Kenneth James. Jim worked in the oil field. Jim started trucking in 1997 until his death. He loved the Lord and was ready to go to Heaven. He also loved fishing and visiting with friends Jim is survived by his dad, Joseph Bagley, children, Lisa and Chad Karch from Montana and Kenneth Bagley and Andrew Movatt of Minnesota, brothers and sisters; LeRoy Bagley from California, Charolette and George Bratvold from New Mexico, Terry and Julie Bagley from North Dakota, Lonny and Lori Bagley from Colorado, Donny Bagley from Montana, Gary and Tina Bagley from Nebraska, Julie and Dan Tastad from North Dakota, ex-wife, Jeanette Bagley from North Dakota and also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mom, Nettie Jean Bagley.
