Larry Peterson, 63

Larry Wayne Peterson, 63, Dickinson, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2017, at his home in Dickinson. Memorial Services for Larry were held on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Krebsbach Funeral Home Chapel in Bowman with Pastor Mark Nygard officiating.
Larry was born June 13, 1954 in Bowman to Robert (Rob) and Phyllis Peterson. Larry was raised on the family farm north of Bowman and graduated from Bowman High School.
Larry enjoyed hunting and camping with his family.  He also enjoyed participating in Demolition Derbies that were put on by the Jaycees, of which he was a member.  Larry worked for Bowman Grain and later moved to Wolf Point, Mont. after the elevator burned in 1977.  From there he moved to Miles City, Mont. and then on to Dickinson, where he worked for a time at Woody’s Feed & Grain Co.  Larry also loved putting models together in his free time.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Rob and Phyllis Peterson, his sister Sheri Bloomgren Breen and several aunts and uncles.
Survivors include his sons, Mark Peterson (Amie) of Glasgow, Mont.; Travis Peterson (Katie) of Williston, N.D.; Chad Peterson of Miles City, Mont.; his sister Linda Lewton of Dickinson; six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Krebsbach and Kulseth Funeral Services of Bowman were in charge of the arrangements.
