Hettinger grad earns degree from Bismarck State College

Maggie Archibald, Hettinger, N.D., graduated from Bismarck State College with an Associate in Applied Science in Graphic Design and Communications during the college’s 77th commencement ceremony on May 12, 2017 at the Bismarck Event Center.

Archibald is employed by Country Media and her sister papers around the region as a graphic designer.

Graduates earned Bachelor of Applied Science, Associate in Arts, Associate in Science and Associate in Applied Science degrees as well as Certificates and Certificates of Completion in 44 programs.

The 2017 commencement speaker was Greg Tehven, executive director of Emerging Prairie and founder of TEDxFargo. The student commencement speaker was Matalyn Lund, Bismarck, N.D.
